I have been owner of Christie’s Cakes for over 10 years now. Recently I decided to focus more on wedding cakes. If you are looking for elegant sugar flowers for your wedding cake, then you’ve come to the right place. Please do not hesistate to contact me for information or a quote.  It is never too early to book a cake for your special day! Please note that I do not have a storefront that you can visit, but we can book a consultation to design your special cake.

I have always loved to bake. I fell in love with cake decorating in 2006 and completed 4 decorating courses.  I continue to hone my craft, striving to learn the latest techniques in cake decorating. In May of 2010 I took a 3 day intensive course on sugar flowers with James Roselle of Elle Cakes in Los Angeles and Food Network fame.  I am passionate about sugar flowers, which you can see on many of my cakes.

Not only should the cakes look good, but they should taste great as well.  My cakes are made with quality ingredients.  There are no commercial cake mixes used and the icings are made with butter.  All sugar flowers and sculptures are handmade and edible.
